  1. The Registration Cost of the partners covers the minimum number of certifications on offer for the personnel in the FIRST ATTEMPT only. Any certification beyond the minimum level and second attempt would invite a certification fees of INR TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ONLY [2,500]

  2. All Partners have to undergo Implementation certification (Charges of certification will depend upon category) as part of this agreement.
    • ZTC-SLS-01 Pre-Sales and Sales Advisor – Certification to Demonstrate the ability to understand the Product and showcase its abilities to the prospective customers. Also should be well aware of the e-commerce fundamentals and domain.

    • ZTC-IPC-01 Implementation and Configuration Expertise – Certification to Demonstrate the ability to understand the product configuration and implementation expertise for ZTCommerce product.

    • ZTC-CST-01 Configuration and Customization Expertise – Certification to Demonstrate the ability to understand the technical details of the product in order to help customize a few functions as and when required by the customer during implementation.


  3. Implementation Partners have to have at least TWO [2] Certified resources within the duration of the contract to facilitate activities.

  4. Sales Partners have to have at least ONE [1] Certified resource(s) within the duration of the contract to facilitate activities.

  5. Turnkey Partners have to have at least FOUR [4] Certified resource(s) within the duration of the contract to facilitate activities.

  6. Turnkey Partners has to provide a minimum commitment of TEN [10] licenses for the period of SIX [6] Months and thereafter a minimum of TWO [2] of licenses per month for the duration of contract in place to avail the benefits.
